Apparently I owe $95 on my rhino policy after moving out for excessive wear and tear even though the place was already in rough shape when moving in with rusty door hinges, peeling bathtub, peeling countertops, etc. Not to mention the fact that I already paid a $300 deposit along with my rhino policy at move in. Had I renewed my lease, the rent would have jumped up an extra $25 even though they lowered the price after I moved in and new tenants had to pay way less. Also we heard gunshots once or twice a month especially during summer and had been wanting to get out of there ever since. Dont move here unless you want to be treated like trash.

8000 dollars in fraudulent charges, their rental history says I moved into an apartment when I was 12 paying 800 a month. Lived there for 15 years and now owe them for unpaid rent. Call them, get someone who says they can't do anything, call corporate get a runaround. Good luck with this place.

This place is super invasive There are so many hidden fees that they don't tell you about until it's time to pay them. Both of the doors to the apartment have been kicked in and not replaced, but instead have screws holding the wood back together. There are mice holes all throughout the kitchen. And bathroom. They don't care about the mice living there but if You Invite anybody that's not on the lease. They will tell you to add them to the lease or they can't be there(not even a gated community) They do offer pest control services.But if you deny they charge you money. They also said they came in and sprayed when my security camera say otherwise. So not only will they extort you for your money. But they also overcharge you for things that didn't happen. Oh and god forbid if A stray dog poops in your yard You will have to pay a $100 cleaning fee. Oh and good luck getting your bills on time. They like to let them stack up and then charge you 3 xtimes as much for late fees. 10/10 don't recommend.
