Brice and his team did an awesome job on our pavilion. He gave us some new ideas from the plans we had and made a dream space for us to enjoy for years to come. The workmanship and the materials were of high quality. Communication during the process was outstanding.

Based on Brice's reputation, recommendation, and our initial meeting with him, he was the only contractor we considered for our 2019 kitchen remodel in our 'just purchased' 1963 mid-century modern home in Canyon. Stater Construction is a fantastic value proposition with outstanding craftsmanship for the dollars spent. Brice is excellent at balancing pragmatism, function, creativity, and beauty. All who step into our home are quick to comment on the beautiful maple island and shelves. Brice is quick to embrace challenges, is calm in all circumstances, a great listener, very responsive to inquiries/concerns, is discerning regarding contractors he leverages, is respectful of architectural style, and has the same heart as King David. We lived through the remodel with no concerns about the many tradesment/craftsmen coming into our home. They were all patient, attentive to detail, respectful of us and our home, quick to smile, and not hesitant to clarify if there was a question. We know our mid-century modern needs more TLC and Stater Construction will be our 'go to.'
