Excellent customer service at this location! The associates were very helpful in explaining the difference between items and prices, and when talking to the manager, very professional and helpful. Great experience.

03/24/24 Google says store is open till 6p.m. Came rushing to the store at 5:54p.m. only to be stuck by the entrance as they had the shutter down and customers were not allowed to get in. Waited a few minutes as there were cashiers and the manager(Jasmine) that were waiting by the register and just staring at me without even attempting to come talk to me. Decided to wait a few minutes, and while Jasmine proceeded to let existing customers out the front door, I politely asked what time the store closed, and she stated 6p.m. I mentioned that I was here at 5:54 p.m., and then she stated that they put the shutter down around 5:50, anticipating getting ready to close the store. I stated anticipating is good, but you should still let customers in since the store only closes at 6p.m. Jasmine(who claimed is the Manager) proceeded to ignore me along with the cashier that was beside her and just walked away. If the manager who can't abide by the store rules and just wants to close the store early for their own gain, I can only imagine how the overall management is in this place. Poor customer service/management.
