        Great service, always quiet, quick, and easy to do transactions. Like banks in the old days, they make everything easy because they know you personally.

        Do note that this location is inside an office building with other suites. I found it easiest to park in the parking garage on the visitors side (its free) and take the elevator to the first floor. As for the bank itself, my experience was great. The staff was friendly, clear, knowledgeable, and helpful. Ive always enjoyed banking with PCB, and my first visit here was no different than other locations.

        Absolutely terrible. The lady guarding the front door is exceptionally rude and it took me standing out front for 20 minutes to cash a check. If you're a bank member you can go inside. If your not you have to stand outside. I guess their customers are immune to covid. Did I mention how exceptionally rude the lady at the front door was.
