Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience with this firm. I worked with Alberto and Crystal and attempted to rectify the lack of communication and accuracy of our books several times and unfortunately was unable to get anything resolved. All our 1099's were sent our incorrectly and some were not sent out at all even after direction was given to do so. They also did not send me a bill for 6mo + They ended up costing our business several thousand dollars to fix all of their mistakes. The response below from the owner is 100% in accurate. We have always had professionals do our bookkeeping, this was never something we attempted to do on our own. I have several emails that show that I was attempting to reach Alberto and crystal and they would simply not reply. I am disappointed by the lack of responsibility taken by the business here.

Alberto Cohen has hand down been the best CPA I've had thus far! I have switched multiple times over the years and finally feel like I've found a CPA that I know I can stick with after the detailed, hassle-free tax filing season I just went through with Alberto's firm. He's also the most knowledgeable CPA I've come across when it comes to staying up-to-date with current tax laws, giving me insight and solutions to questions I didn't even know I should be asking. I'm a happy client!

I feel so lucky to have found Alberto. He is kind, a good listener, professional, and I have complete confidence in his ability to understand my business's needs. A lot of CPAs have trouble relating information to the rest of us, in my opinion, but Alberto has been wonderful with his communication and always welcomes any questions I have. I appreciate his values in life and for his family and his health - he's an all-around wonderful person!
