A week ago my friend sent me some flowers through Charlotte's Fiesta Flowers. The flowers were exquisite, the box of chocolates that came with it were delicious and the little teddy bear that was also with it was just the softest! Thank you Charlotte!!

We ordered flowers for our grandmothers birthday and were delighted to see that they were exactly as pictured on the website. The company even accommodated my request to change the delivery address the day before and they sent her an extra little bouquet. I will definitely order all of my flowers from here. Great service and beautiful arrangements.

I have ordered from here multiple times and always love the arrangements I receive. I wanted a Rose/Tulip bouquet for valentines day because theyre my two favorite flowers and I absolutely love how it turned out! The teddy bear is a nice add on as well

My boyfriend and I have used Charlottes twice and we have been so pleased both times. The first time we went we wanted a small something for the house and Zoie who helped was fantastic helping us pick out the bundle. The second time my boyfriend decided last minute to pick up some flowers for Valentines Day and he was in the area so he went in. He walked in and zoie greeted him joyfully even with the chaos of the holiday. He told her his budget and she gave him all the options. They boxed up the bottom of the vase and sent him on his way to come surprise me. This will be my go to for all flower needs. It maybe a little far south from where we live but we will drive for great customer service and beautiful flowers!

Never use this florist!! Let's start off by saying they RUINED my valentine's day, the delivery driver reaped of Marijuana and was very unprofessional. The flowers were dead!!! Brown and black on each one vase half full of water. Totally unexceptable , i called the florist and was met with it hostility and was told it was their busiest day of the year and was told i could take pictures and email them and i could bring them back (LOL) then the ownerr manager refused to talk to me and still has not returned my call the conversation got very ugly because the young girl who was took my call was very immature and insulting they refused a refund the next day i was still upset i took my lunch break and drove to the florist which was not close, as i entered the door i was met with coldness and very rude young girl at the counter that never tried to rush and accommodate me it was almost like everyone in the shop was shocked some one of color took the time to speak up , never got an apology just a young girl making excuses about the holiday and how it was ordered Dear Charlotte this is un exceptable and the straw that broke the camels back was they sent they same dead flowers back to me the same day!!! Your sick and i didn't enjoy the joke !!
