Their guys are so helpful and Joe was so nice and informative at the office. Their finance lady helped me figure out what to do with my broken A/C unit! They definitely go out of their way to help you, I'll recommend them to my friends and family!

American Home Shield assigned Aire to repair our air conditioning. We called them, they did not call us nor return repeated attempts to get our AC fixed when 100 degrees everyday....now more than two weeks....these folks are horrible at service and should not be in business nor recommended by AHS or anyone else for that matter....

Told us we needed a new compressor andbit would take 7-10 days for warranty co to send it but was trying to see if they would replace hole unit. Meanwhile its 98 degrees in my house. Had someone else come out right afterwards and we find out its a quick simple repair and the guy fixed it on the spot within a few minutes. Air Serv completely lied.
