My sprinkler system abruptly stopped working - and I take great pride in keeping my yard neat, green and healthy. I've never had a sprinkler system go out on me before, so I was a bit concerned. Upon the recommendation of my neighbors, I contacted Sprinkler Repair Pros (amongst others) via Text. After assessing several factors, I decided to go with Sprinkler Repair Pros. They setup an appointment with me - date and time (with a 2h arrival window). On the day of the appointment, I got a gentle reminder via Text that I had an appointment with them that day. A few hours later, I got an update, narrowing the arrival window to an hour - which was excellent. At the appointed time, the crew arrived in a pickup truck. 2 friendly guys - one of whom happened to be the owners Dad !! They got to work right away, quickly and efficiently diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. Had a wonderful time chatting with them as they worked. Then they thoroughly tested the entire system and wrapped up the job. My entire experience from start to finish was OUTSTANDING ! Top Notch Service... Will Never use anyone else again!! Having been plagued with a poor irrigation system for several years, and after having numerous other service companies fail to resolve our issue, hope of having a nice yard again was slipping away. SRP came out to check out a puddle in my yard that I thought was from our sprinkler system. They worked quickly and got the broken pipe fixed and double checked their work. Highly recommend these guys.
