The lady from Guedea Services that came to our home was great. She was really very nice and she did wonderfully quick and efficient work. She answered all of my questions and their labor rate per hour is low. Plus, she saved me a few hours of cussing and swearing, a real bargain. Cheers!

Fantastic work! We had them out to look at our system and give it a tune up. They raised heads that were too low. They also adjusted the spray pattern to even things out and keep our siding from getting soaked. The results were great, the prices were more than reasonable, and they were very easy to work with. We'll definitely use them again.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Tom with Guedea Services who came out to service my lawn sprinkler system. He was very kind, genuine and patient while explaining my system to me and sharing his wealth of info and expertise. Tom made all the much needed repairs and gave me many tips on repairing the system myself. I highly recommend Guedea Service to all friends, family and neighbors!! Thanks Tom!! Sue C.

We had a brand new sprinkler system installed by Yvonne a couple months ago. We have yet to have a single day where we haven't had to go adjust a sprinkler head for one reason or another. We will go adjust them, and then the next day it will revert back to the way it was functioning before and we have to go manually adjust them again. If it's not happening daily, it's at least every other day. If I wanted to constantly be fixing something on the sprinkler system then I would have installed it myself. I will text her asking for her to come out and fix the problem, and I'm lucky if I get a response within 48 hours. Most of the time it's 3-4 days until we get a response. We just had fresh new grass laid 3 weeks ago that we have to water twice a day right now, hence the need for the sprinkler system, and we have had to hand water countless times because of something not working correctly, and then we have to wait 2,3, maybe 4 days just to get a response from her. This is a brand new system, installed in March. Most recently, she told us she would send someone back out to pop up the heads to their full 6 in, especially since she would be out here anyways working on our neighbors yard over the weekend (who we regrettably referred her to), and no one ever came to fix them. I texted her asking if she sent someone on Sunday at 8:26am, and I still haven't received a response. The main reason I went with this company was because their warranty was 1 year better than the other two companies we received quotes from, but I can tell you now that warranty isn't good for anything since we don't get responses and we have to follow up multiple times just to get her out here to fix whatever the problem is. Very disappointed. We liked her so much when we met her, but since that first time the professionalism just isn't there. I should have just paid another company $500 more, it would have been worth the hassle we have already been through in the last 6 weeks.
