Jen is awesome. As first time home buyers, we were so thankful for Jens help and so glad we went with her. If we had gone with a realtor from a big company, I dont think we would have had half the attention to detail that Jen had. We worked with a developer to build a house, and the process took almost a year so we worked with Jen for quite a while! Our process with our builder was frustrating at times and Jen was always there to support us, especially when we felt like we were being taken advantage of. Jen always answered our calls or texts when we would visit the house and something was wrong - she would help reach out to the builder and get an answer or resolution. It was pretty much a weekly situation that we were reaching out to her, and she was always super kind + helpful. The process would have been WAY harder if we didnt have Jen. She is sharp + experienced. Whether youre doing a new build or buying an existing home, you want Jen on your team. We will definitely be using her for our next home.

Jen helped us manage a long process and negotiation with a builder. She ensured the builder delivered on the conditions of our agreement and followed up on our behalf when necessary. We were able to text her any questions we had throughout the process and she was always quick to respond. We greatly appreciated her council and persistence throughout the process.
