Although my rug was too new for them to be interested in, I received an extremely knowledgeable and detailed description of its style and the period it's from. The owner is very kind and I appreciate their willingness to share their expertise even though it wasn't what they would be looking for!

Sam, his family, and his team are absolutely the best in town. I know this because I was recently tasked with shopping for a rug for my boss home. Being a diligent and considerate shopper dedicated to finding the best product with the best customer service and willingness to make a reasonable deal within our budget, I made a visit to almost every rug sales establishment that I could find in the Austin and surrounding area. HANDS DOWN, Kaskas provided the most excellent, friendly, knowledgeable service of any of the many businesses I sought out. Im not knocking any of the other shops in town because I definitely received excellent and friendly service at many of them, but none of them reached the level of service that Kaskas provided. They almost felt like instant friends I had know my whole life (the mark of a truly exceptional salesman) and were the only place in town that offered to come to the home with a selection of my favorite choices made in the store, and laid each rug out one by one so we could see them in the space, making the final selection so much easier. Sam has a wealth of knowledge that he freely shares about their fine rugs and it is so very obvious that the Kaskas family have a close bond and embrace the fact that they have the lovely ability to work side by side in this industry together. It has been a really long time since I have experienced the level of care and customer service that we experienced with them. I will never go anywhere where else when I am in need of a rug, and will forever sing their praises to anyone in the market for a fine rug. Thank you Sam and family!
