Overpriced. Charged $328 fee to recommend replacing a tankless water heater we replaced 6 months ago after the freeze. Quoted an additional ~$4K to replace the tankless unit in this 1/1 house. To their credit, the owner did call to justify the the diagnostic fee in response to my email complaint. We do not plan to use S&D again.

Raul at S&D Plumbing went above and beyond my expectations. Removing an old faucet to install a new one proved to be very difficult due to tight quarters but Raul stuck with it and managed to get it done without damaging the existing sink. He even re-caulked and cleaned up every bit of the messy job. Throughout the whole process he was calm, polite and professional. What a pleasant experience! Service: Tap installation

Chris and Travis arrived on time and were very nice. They checked for a gas leak - luckily I didn’t have one! They also repaired one of our toilets, pretty quickly.
