Good Flow Plumbing

During the freeze our outdoor tankless hot water heater busted. We called on a recommendation from a friend on Thursday and they were out Saturday to check it out. The water heater was a total loss, and availability was difficult due to the widespread freeze. Good Flow was able to secure a hot water heater and install the following morning. I have seen quotes from neighbors for twice as much as I was charged and Good Flow likely could have charged the same and got it due to the situation, but kept to their honest pricing. I will recommend and use them in the future. Service: Boiler repair

We had a great experience with Good Flow, and we had major work done. Our 50-year-old iron sewer lines had rusted away in part, and we were having serious problems. Another company came out to manage an emergency and took photos in the line, so we were convinced. But Good Flow seemed to know more about what they were doing, how long it would take and included repairs the other company did not. Having the home drain system replaced is an arduous and sometimes loud process taking 3 weeks or so. They actually tunnel in under the house and replace the entire system with plastic pipe, Most days we had at least one bathroom available, but a couple of days we did not. Good Flow crews were respectful, did a professional job, including covering the mounds of dirt to protect them from rain. They put concrete back at the washer and driveway, and cleaned up after themselves. Good Job! Good Flow!

Terrible service. We had an issue with a clogged drain pipe and all they did was come out and unclog it. When I spoked to their team about what caused it, they told us it was because of wipes and feminine products, but we don't even throw those down the toilet so we were confused as to how that was the cause. We actually had the clog happen again a few days later on the weekend so we had to call another company that was open and they actually took a look at it and saw the pipe was broken. When I called Good Flow back about how their team gave me the wrong information they just said told us oh well. Before calling Good Flow, I HIGHLY SUGGEST calling Rescue Rooter or Radiant Plumbing, they're actually open on the weekend, their prices are much better and they aren't going to scam you out of a job and money. If I could rate this 0 stars I would.
