Bad business with sales associate John O’Dell.
Back in January this year, we signed up for our solar panels, excited to start saving money!! We are now almost in October and STILL no savings at all! Electric bills are same as usual along with having to pay an extra bill for our solar panels. Scam?
Our sales rep John O’Dell, in an effort to “close the deal” pitched that he would personally pay our electric bills until our solar panels were installed and running...... nope! I have been trying to get my reimbursement from him since May. I was settling for at least 2 bills paid by him, it was such a hassle to even get one payment. Still going back and fourth on the 2nd payment he owes us, in which he sent a check out to us, we deposited into our bank and he stops payment on it just to buy himself time. Meanwhile, we are still not seeing any change these solar panels should be bringing us. It is possible that they aren’t even installed properly as the inspector had the crew come back out when being inspected because wires were crossed and connected to the wrong connection. Please be aware about this company before you decide to accept their services!! Nine months is too long to wait for solar panels to “kick in”.
