U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

I will be the first to admit that I was a bit late bringing the truck back. The truck was dirty to begin with. Someone left an empty soda bottle and a pack of smokes that should have been cleaned out. I told the lady that helped me that we needed it for three or four hours. After I left, I got an email saying it was rented for two hours. So of course I was guaranteed to be late. Never use this place for uhaul or storage. The person that helped me was incredibly rude. The location looks like a junkyard. I would rather store my belongings under the back porch in a flood.

Do not go here!!! They lied to me about the time i needed to bring the U-Haul back and they charged me for a full 24 hours when I only used the truck for 3 hours. I give them -5 Stars.

WORST PLACE ON EARTH. You deserve better, don't go here. FIRST OFF this is not a U-Haul location. This a storage facility that rents Uhaul. U-Haul would be ashamed this place is associated with them in any way. Looking online shows this place has certain equipment, but they don't! All the reviews are correct. You can NOT call them! They REFUSE to answer the phone. EVER. So I drove there, which is a trek and half from wherever you are, only to find out they don't have what they show online. WASTE OF TIME. SO, I MADE A CALL TO U-Haul CORPORATE TO TELL THEM MY STORY. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP WAS APPALLED TO HEAR MY STORY. PLEASE CALL U-HAUL CORPORATE and tell them your story... Oh, and 1 star is waaaaay to much. Oh make sure to note I am only talking bad about the storage facility RightSpace Storage, and not U-Haul. U-Haul did me right as soon as I left there and found a real facility with competent employees. RightSpace Storage should have their U-Haul affiliation revoked ASAP!

Came here to return a trailer at 1:35pm 4/12. There was a sign on the door that they were "at lunch, be back at 1:30".. so I sat there waiting, assuming they would be back anytime. After waiting until 2pm, I gave up and drove out to an even further location. Ridiculous.
