there truck uses our property to turn around on , which they don't have permission to do, but they do it anyway. They continued to do so after the rains and got their truck stuck in the mud up to the front and rea axles. Driver would not speak to us rolled up her window. We had to call the sheriff's department to get them to do anything, they still did not want to cooperate. Finally, she did and had to get a very large wrecker to remove them from our property and mud. That damaged the hell out of the property. They asked us to get an estimate together which we did and sent it to them. Have heard nothing back as of yet, it's been about two weeks ago . I will update this as we go along .

Last week, TDS did not pick up my trash. This week, I had a few extra bags on top of the trash can. Driver did not pick up. I called customer service in the first person told me that they’ll only pick up the can. and that’s all was allowed. and they could not come back and pick up my trash tan and the best they could do is come get it next Friday. Elevated to a supervisor and was told that if I would’ve just put my extra trash bags on the side of the can they would’ve picked it all up. Then we discussed her coming back to have them pick up and she was going to call me back after she checked it out. she called me back two hours later just to tell me that they could not do it and even if they could’ve done it would’ve been an extra $35 charge. Horrible service and customer service. If you have other options, use someone else.

do not use. skipped our street on Monday after Christmas and did not return back on tuesday. Truck was mapped and never came. Freezer failed and i needed to dispose all meat and now they won't come out until next Monday to pickup our trash.
