ROBB'S SMALL ENGINE REPAIR

BEWARE!!! DOESNT COMPLETE WORK Sent him a Winco generator, he had it about 4 days, claimed that the job was finished. The price he originally quoted me went up by $15 claimed it needed oil filter, mind you this was already after he told me it was ready. When I came to pick up my equipment he claimed that throughout his repair another piece broke loose and would need to order part. Its going on a month and he hasnt responded to any calls Ive made and claims that the part has not come in it. Overall terrible experience, sure would like a phone call to tell me whats going on.

Robb is a mechanical wizard Came to my house and brought back to life a generator, gas paint spray rig , lawn mower ,echo chain saw and a Bradley stand on zero turn mower. Worked on the zero turn about 8 hrs and would not leave till it was fixed. Highly recommend

TOOK IN MY MINI BIKE FOR A BOLT EXTRACTION (WAS NOT COMPLETED) I HAD PAYED FOR THE REPAIR IN ADVANCE 60$ WAS QUOTED 40 SO I GAVE HIM AN EXTRA 20 TO BE NICE AFTER A WEEK OF IT WILL BE DONE TOMORROWS FROM THE OWNER I HAD ENOUGH AND ASKED THE OWNER IF INSTEAD HE WOULD BE WILLING TO PERFORM AN ENGINE SWAP INSTEAD WITH A CREDIT FROM THE FIRST JOB BECAUSE IT WAS AN EASIER FIX AND THE OWNER AGREED TO THIS . THREE DAYS AFTER THE SWAP WAS COMPLETED THE BIKE WAS FALLING APART!!! ALL OF THE BOLTS WERE LOSE THE ONLY THING THEY INSTALLED CORRECTLY WAS THE FREKIN TORQUE CONVERTER THATS IT! AND I CANT RETRIEVE MY ENGINE BEING HELD HOSTAGE TILL I PAY AN ADDITIONAL 150$ On top of the 150 i already payed for a job not completed and a job done poorly that caused my bike further damage

Robb was great!!! Fixing the problem while educated me on key things to assist with longevity with my mower. I have already scheduled my next tune-up. The price was very fair and I feel that it was worth the service provided!!! Thanks Robb.
