Best AT&T Ive had the pleasure of dealing with!! Will was amazing had it not been for him I wouldnt have a phone right now! He listened he cared and if he wasnt knowledgeable on something he was taking his time to research for me! Thanks Will!! This store better not lose him!! Best Employee ever!!

Very bad experience in upgrading iPhone 7 to 12. After trying to set up the new phone for 3 hrs, agent cannot make it work. Incoming was ok but cannot make outgoing calls! Agent said maybe activation is delayed so give it 24 hrs. Now we have to return to the sore to try & fix it again!

I am continually amazed at the lack of customer service and professionalism of AT&T associates at this location. What I thought would take 10-15 minutes to solve turned into an hour of a utter waste of time and left me feeling disgusted and severely under appreciated as a AT&T customer. The associate I worked with clearly didnt understand or listen to my problem from the very beginning and it became glaringly obvious when she kept calling someone else on her phone to clarify her understanding or lack there of of the situation. Halfway through, she turned her attention to other customers hoping I wouldnt notice. I definitely did and was shocked that someone would do something like this to a customer. At the end when she couldnt solve the problem, she told me we have actually spent way more time on this than we should have, maybe you should come back tomorrow? which further clarifies her catastrophic failure of customer service and bringing a resolution to a customer in the moment. I fully understand this took longer than she intended it to and she probably hadnt dealt with an issue like this before but her lack of customer service completely eroded my trust in this location and AT&T entirely. I walked in tonight to become a AT&T wireless customer and left knowing without a doubt I am staying with my current provider and will NEVER recommend this location or AT&T wireless to anyone. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE.!!!!! Went to this store Monday specifically because they said I could order my iPhone 13 pro max and have it within 48 hours. Paid the Tax on the phone ( no big deal) after the manager again said No Problem youll have it. Now I specifically told this clown that Im a full time RVer and am leaving this area on Friday for New Mexico. He again said NO PROBLEM! I then asked what if its not here then what? He said I must be a lawyer. Clown move! My reviews get over 450,000 views on google. This manager basically needs some customer interaction education. So in a nutshell my phone is now going to arrive in 26 days. I canceled the order. WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME ENERGY AND GAS TO GET THERE. Dont go to this store. They only care about the sale and will tell you whatever you need to hear to make money. Does ATT care that this kind of joker is representing them??
