My experience with Scott and Texas Home Loans was phenomenal. I signed a purchase agreement on January 16th with a closing on Feb 16th. I shopped around, but the other lenders werent competitive. By January 31st, I was running out of time but luckily stumbled across Texas Home Loans during a quick online search. I filled out the online pre-qualification form and Scott called me immediately. Scott got straight to the point and provided me with the best rate given my credit history and then thoroughly explained the whole process. He assured me that we would be cleared to close by Feb 16th if I did my part and provided all the necessary information when requested. Sure enough, we were cleared to close by Feb 9th with the whole process only taking a week and a half (could have been sooner, but there was an issue with one of my employer provided documents). Scott is an expert at what he does and provides great customer service. He has shown integrity, ownership, and is an advocate for his clients. I 100% recommend Scott and Texas Home Loans and look forward to working with Scott in the future.

Scott was very helpful throughout the whole process being more honest and transparent with the information then any other lender I've worked with. He communicated well and often to make sure I understood everything that was going on. Definitely recommend working with him.
