I didn't feel the person working on our return was very confident about our return but kept reassuring us their system had safe guards and supervisor would check work as well. When it was all said and done and asked supervisor for a discount on the preparation fee. I had last year's receipt which showed a lower amount than what the supervisor was telling me we paid. She was so adement on the higher amount vs my receipt that I felt she was calling me a liar which in turn did not set well with me. I will never go back.
