I'm self-employed with an S Corp. Prior to working with TDC, I had another firm helping me and I absolutely dreaded having to call, email, or visit them. After switching everything over to TDC, things are so much more efficient and the interactions are always pleasant. The entire staff is responsive, professional, courteous, and go above and beyond to help their customers. James is friendly and really sharp. Every time I've needed advice, James has taken the time to understand the context of the problem and developed thoughtful actionable advice to guide me along. Overall I've had a great experience with TDC over the past few years and I look forward to working with them for many years to come.

Moved to this firm at the recommendation of a friend. My goal, which I was upfront about, was to have better foresight for my business and to be utilizing numbers to better plan for the future. Since we joined 5 months ago there has been a bad disconnect between us, our CPA and the actual person that does the work for him. Recently after reviewing some numbers on my own, I found that the firm had changed my net income amount for 2021 by more than 130k. Apparently there were some duplications in reporting they had found. This change was made several months ago. I didnt receive a single email, phone call or text in regards to this substantial change. Not only does it greatly change how I feel our 2021 year went but it also greatly changes my tax liability. Considering I hired this firm to be proactive with my business this is an inexcusable lack of communication. When I mentioned this to the CPA, James, and expressed my frustration, his response was that his firm could not meet my needs and we should find another CPA. He says this with deadlines right around the corner. Maybe the firm has good people there but who we has was clearly either over worked or negligent when it came to our matters. There were other issues as well but this is long enough.
