Midtown Corpus Apartments

Midtown is super great place for college students. They have an amazing pool which is nice for swimming or just laying out. The office staff is so friendly and help solve problems quickly and efficiently (Alex was very helpful). Overall very clean complex and great atmosphere. A great place to live!!!

I have been living at this place for a year now already and I am really glad I did. The bedrooms are clean and pretty spacious. The community manager Natasha is great. I have emailed her several time to get some things situated and she responds quickly as well as helps me solve those situations. The staff is great and understanding as well. They also have events through out the year, raffles and so much giveaways for students and people living here at Midtown. Live here and you won't regret it. I should have moved here to begin with when I first started college because of how great it is. Thank you for the great experience Midtown!

I just moved into a two bedroom apartment here and the furniture is nice and all but there are a lot of roaches. To the point where it was uncomfortable to fall asleep.

For the past three years living in Corpus, I’ve stayed on campus but never did I ever feel like it was my home away from home. Finally being in my last year I decided to explore my options with housing. I was told about Midtown. I immediately came and toured the place, and from when I walked in management had been nothing but helpful. Midtown finally felt like my home away from home, I finally feel like I'm part of a great community. On top of the awesome amenities offered to the students their is plenty of opportunities for growth and comfortably here. Midtown is definitely the place to live if your looking for student housing!
