I've been in archery now for a long time, been to a lot of bow shops in several states, I was very impressed when I went to this one and saw the skill level and knowledge of the bow tech and the owner, they made me feel right at home and welcomed. The service received from them was well above and beyond that I expected, I recommend them to all levels from beginner to pro

I went in today and they put everything on my bow. They also let me shoot for free. Great place with amazing customer service.

Consistently terrible staff. Don't bother. Don't waste your money. Good God. On year one, they didn't want to teach me archery, even though I was prepared to pay a hefty sum, so I taught myself. I taught myself everything. On year two, they didn't want to help me to measure my draw length and ignored me when I was the only customer in the store. One snooty, young employee even handed me a magazine to read while I waited for them to finish with nobody. On year four, they took my check for $75 to access their Tejas Bowmen Archery range for two months (the staff member didn't want to give me a receipt, but made sure to give me the wrong lock combination for the range), and just today, when I failed to access their range because their lock wouldn't give, I called them and complained. They asked for my information so that they can check their files and call me back. I waited about 25 minutes for them to call back, but they did not. So, I called them back and they claimed I didn't have access to their range. Apparently, the application that I'd filled out with my $75 check didn't make it into their list of people allowed on their range. I wish I'd had the receipt of that transaction, but unfortunately, all I had proof of was that the check was cashed, per my banking statements. They then gave me yet another wrong lock combination to access their range. After a 4th call, they gave me the right lock combination. By the end of it, I was exhausted and livid. I can't deal with these people anymore, and my options have recently expanded where I can afford not to deal with them. Over these two months, I've only been out to their range once. Just this once. For $75. I can handle some disrespect, can't we all, but I draw the line when my money isn't respected. I wish I could chargeback those $75. These are actual clowns. You have to try really, really hard to be this consistently bad, and to demonstrate such an obvious pattern of garbage behavior across multiple employees. Jesus Christ. What is wrong with you people? I'm surprised that you've earned so many high-score reviews because how you run that business suggests otherwise.

I can always count on the staff at archery shop to be very helpful and knowledgeable with my bow needs. I have purchased my bow and my wifes bow from them and I wouldnt trust anyone else with my bow. They are such a welcoming staff and treat you like family the moment you walk in the door. Everyone there is so accommodating and helpful every time Im getting ready to go on a hunt. I would never go anywhere else.
