Unbelievably great service. Needed a part for a Mercury outboard. Stephanie searched high and low, and even tried a few other places to track it down. Will use them again in a heartbeat!

Do not do business here, the whole company is a scam. I had been searching for one specific boat for almost a year, I knew exactly what I wanted. Global marine posted the boat I wanted for sale and I called them the very same day. I spent 4-5 hours on the phone with Dan the salesman over 2-3 days and told him I was ready to come down and complete the sale. I asked many times to put a deposit on the boat and was told, “don’t worry I won’t sell YOUR BOAT to anyone else, we don’t even do deposits…this is Texas and my word means more than any piece of paper.” I was all ready to go down to the docks and test drive the boat as I was told I had to do before any sale could happen. I called to schedule the appointment several times over a few days and was starting to get mixed messages. The day before I was supposed to complete the sale I finally was told, “my boss, the owner, said he sold this boat to someone else…but he always says that and I’m sure your still ok.” He said he would call me back in 30 min to confirm it was my boat. He never called back. I had to call a few times before Dan the loser would pick up the phone and tell me like a man that he lied to me and sold the boat to someone else.
