A group of us arrived as soon as they opened for a field trip. Ended up being about 20-30 kids, plus their parents. You could tell this place had not been cleaned the night before, or before opening. The cafe was also closed, and never opened the 2 hours we were there. The restroom trash was full, and there was trash on the floor. Its very obvious that they arent wiping anything down. There were about 30+ kids there, and one girl at the door on her phone the entire time, unless she was helping someone. This place is run down, and not kept up. We will not be back.

This place looks like it was amazing when it first opened, but that nobody has maintained it since then. The imaginative play spaces are incomplete, broken, and dirty. Hard to tell what theyre even supposed to be because they are so incomplete. The floor was so sticky its hard to pull your foot off the ground. Confetti leftover from a party some other day. Dirty chairs and tables. Most of the guns in the ball area are broken. Augmented climbing wall broken. Half the arcade games out of order. A puddle of what seemed to be urine on the floor, and the employee was nowhere to be found for an extended period of time. This is when I started packing my kids up and left, and never did see the employee again. Im guessing its a staffing issue (like everywhere else during the pandemic) and I hope they can turn it around because its a great concept and one of the few things I could find to do on a cold day with little kiddos.

If you are looking at taking your kiddo for some indoor fun on the weekend you will need to find somewhere else to go BUT here. They typically have private party's on Saturday and Sunday (best time for working parents to take kiddos) and during these random private party's they are closed to the public and membership holders. It is a cute fun place if you ever get to go when they are open! Also these closings are not put on their Facebook or webpage so you cannot rely on looking there, you have to call or you will show up up to a closed establishment. I put a one star because there is not a "zero"!!

Pretty sad compared to what it was in their first year. We knew Sunday they are open for less hours but were told on entry that it was even shorter, only 2 hours on a day pass. Employees hid in the office pretty much the whole time. Had to ask for toilet paper for the bathroom. Doesn't appear that anything has been cleaned in awhile (particularly the "interactive" jumping wall that was very dirty and the projector doesn't work.) Air Hockey table barely puts out air, and the pucks stick every time. Old climbing area is tiny now and the ball shooters are not hooked up. Bounce obstacle course looked like it was deflating at various times. Cafe was not open. Not sure if the air conditioner works on the bounce side, Seemed like they were compensating by keeping it very cold on the entrance side.
