        Wife had her 1st appt today wife suffered a slip and fall injury. at our local mall .Dr Curtis gave my wife conflicting diagnosis. Diagnosed with severe pain possible jaw out of alignment then came back and indicated nothing he could do. Obviously my wife was in severe pain to the touch that brought her to tears. short of it $350.00 out of pocket cash. Warning if you are in possible litigation this guy is a company guy will not get involved to help you at all this is the impression he gave my wife and I better off doing further research. Find someone that helps people not bow down to corporations. By the way Dr. Curtis was reffered by Dr Benjamin Vela.
