Very upset My husband ordered flowers for me on valentines day and they never came! They called and left a voicemail AFTER 5 oclock when most places are closed and said they were lost and traffic which is unacceptable! Then when I called to complain she said how can we fix this? Really? She said we can give you your money back? Well of course! But didn't offer to make it right as far as attempting to deliver the flowers again at no cost...VERY DISSAPOINTED!

Li Fitzgerald is more than average and reliable, better than most florist, and a better friend than most of the population. She does do fantastic work, but she is also above average as a teacher, and as part of her community. She goes out of her way to be involved in her passion for both the human being and the cause. Look her up at Duggers, or at the Asian Art Museum Corpus Christi, Tx. She wont only teach adults, but will take the time to teach and enrich your childs understanding of floral design, and cultural worth............thanks Li, yet again...........love your business, love your work, love your family.......even envy your dog.....swak/ susan street.................

Ordered flowers for a special anniversary. I arrived to pick them up and asked for some puppy treats to be added (an inside joke). They figured out a way to beautifully display the treats and even the in a cute beanie baby puppy. This is the quality service you get when shopping locally.

I ordered my mother a bouquet of flowers for Valentine's Day through the Dugger's Flower Villa website; since she did not have a Valentine this year, I found it extremely important that I make her feel special on this day. First of all, this florist is impossible to reach via telephone; half of the times that I called I either received a busy signal or fax line. After many attempts of hearing these extremely shrill and unpleasant noises, the telephone weas finally answered. I asked the young girl for confirmation that they had received my online order; she told me that she would have to look through all of the orders and call me back. Five hours later, still no call back, so naturally, I followed up. After about the fifth try, the phone was picked up and I heard a woman on the other end of the line say "dumb lady stop calling, I'm trying to make a phone call" and then the punching of numbers; it was very apparent that she wasn't aware I was on the line. She hung up and I called back immediately. This time, the phone was picked up but obviously by mistake, because when she heard me shouting "Hello? Hello?", she gasped, and hung up the phone quickly. Valentine's Day is an extremely busy holiday for florists, I understand that,-- but if you want to maintain a clientele base, avoiding phone calls, and doing so very indiscreetly, will not do the trick. Most importantly, if you tell a customer you are going to take a certain action....DO IT. Credibility and customer service is imperative in an industry such as this. Needless to say, it is 4:26 p.m. on the day of the delivery of an order that was placed in advance, and one has not been made nor can I successfully connect with the company to see if it even will be. Flower arrangements are no inexpensive gift and to deal with the stress of this on top of it all, is inexcusable. I would not recommend this florist to others, but what I do recommend to the company, is to get an answering machine; at least when customers have complaints, they can voice them there as opposed to here where everyone else can see.
