I flew into Corpus Christi to purchase real estate and to retain a attorney to handle all of the paperwork and court matters. I called and was transferred to the most rude, unprofessional, unknowledgeable woman I've ever dealt with. It was very clear that she was annoyed just for the office staff directing the call to her. She had little to no interest in sparring only a few short minutes of her time and provided no help regarding the purpose of my call. She lacks basic knowledge on the subject of property law and repeatedly interrupted me with by saying goodbye again and again events l even though I had only began to give pertinent information. I was allowed no time to make notes, ask for clarification or ask any follow up questions. I'm less than 3 minutes, she interrupted me once again with the words "it's 3,500 dollars and all I was asking if the fee was a flat fee, she hung up on me. I've worked in the real estate industry for many years in the northeast and this is the first over needed to retain an attorney in Corpus Christi, Texas but I assure you it will not be Hernandez PLLC and I urge you to audio look elsewhere.

AMEND DIVORCE DECREE Over a year ago (wasted a year of my time and money) I contacted this law firm to help amend a divorce degree. Over a year later and over $3000 wasted I finally talk to someone who knows the law there and she literally informs me NOTHING AGAIN NOTHING of what I asked OVER a year ago can be amended. Why did this law firm straight out lie to me and waste my time and my money. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!

I would never use this attorney for any legal issue. He’s never available to speak to you and when you call his office the staff is rude.
