Just wanted to give a shout out to premier gulf coast properties! I booked a condo (Seashell beach) for a couple nights as a surprise For my mom on her birthday, and it was SUCH a wonderful getaway. We live in corpus already but felt so far away from home here ; in a good way! The shed outside has a beach wagon for the kids, beach chairs, and pool accessories for the pool (which all 4 of my kids loved). Backyard area is huge for gathering, and had a working propane BBQ pit. The condo was very detail cleaned, and decorated so beautifully. The fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, and accommodation of getting a package n play, baby gate, and high chair brought to our unit to use for our stay , are always reasons we will Be booking again!!! This was our first family get together since COVID and it was a great one to remember.

I recently used Premier Gulf Coast Properties for my summer vacation and was so very impressed and happy with it all. Lorie was so accommodating and communicated all we needed to make our stay so easy and comfortable. We enjoyed every minute of our stay! I highly recommend contacting them if you are thinking of planning a beach get away.
