I hired this company back in December 2021. They never started on the roof until February 2022. Its going on 10 months and hasnt finished always claiming that I will not be a satisfied customer, yet we dont let our customers down though you may not have faith in me michael landwert. I do not recommend this company for any residential work. I had leaks after the big rains we had, called him many times only to get we have other calls ahead of you. RoofTop 101 is highly recommended! I live in a condo with a flat membrane roof which developed a leak. After 11 months and 6 different contractors failed to find the problem. I had a great experience with this team as they were very responsive and communicative, had very competitive pricing, and great follow through.
