Jumping World

Equipment is always sticky and or stained when we go here. You can tell it's not clean or wipe down. Especially the kids area. Staff always seem detached and unenthusiastic. Can't get them to smile to save their life. For a kids place this is a thumbs down. They also only allow 2-hour windows to purchase instead of having a 1 hour option. I always have to pay for an hour I can't use. I have very young children two four and five. Staying here for 2 hours is just too long. I'm looking forward to the new Urban Air opening. Yay. A breath of fresh air from this place.

Was kinda disappointed when I got there and didnt see half the stuff the pictures had on their website. I would say false advertisement, the kids had fun so I gave it another star

Cool place for kids and younger staff not always around in the dodgeball area kept leaving to talk with friends left unattended
