We had a leak coming through our ceiling and quickly determined it was our AC. We called Priority and had somebody out the next morning. The previous company that installed AC did not correctly install the drip pan. They fixed it quickly and did not overcharge me.

Summary: Anything else in this review is moot because of their unprofessionalism. Backstory: My wife and I bought my father's house late 2012. The home only had central heating and A/C window units. We received three bids for the above service, and this company came in right in line with the other bids, but wanted to use the old central heat exchanges for new returns in each bedroom. The design of how everything was installed was great. The manager came out explained what they would do, and the job was completed on-time and on-budget. Current Time: The reason this review has taken so long to write is because I personally do not like to fault a company for one bad employee. I have tried multiple time to talk with the company about the actions of one of their employees, but Jeremy and the rest of the staff have been unhelpful and/or condescending to myself, my father, and my wife. I am extremely disappointed with the professionalism for this company.
