Hunter has been true to his word. He has done everything he said he would do. He is very punctual. If he says he will be there at 7:30, he is there at 7:30 or before, and he sends a text message saying he is on his way. The one time there was a small glitch, he contacted me immediately and fixed everything. He is a good communicator. He is extremely polite and professional. The job is not complete yet. He has outlined a timeline on how things will progress. The house needed to be sealed all the way around. Then traps have been set to catch any that were left in the attic after sealing the house. Then the clean up of the nasty mess the rats made. I feel good about having Trapping USA involved in my rat problem in my attic.

We have never had issues with squirrels in our attic before this year, I got Hunters information from a friend of ours and cannot say better things about the work he's done!! very professional
