Ninety-Nine 44

I’ve lived here for a year already and I regret to be staying here for yet another. It all comes down to the money and management. It’s all very chaotic. The apartments are too expensive for lackluster results, and they pile on fee after fee after fee. I understand most apartment complexes are similar, but A) that’s no excuse and B) they could at the very least be more up front and organized about it all. Even their online prices are misleading. Management has lied to me about maintenance orders not being completed, and they have even entered my apartment without my knowledge or consent. Some management CSRs are nice, others are rude. The rooms are very noisy. Everything around outside can be heard inside. The floors are wobbly. You’re either walking on a wobbly floor upstairs or hearing others walk if you’re down. Appliances break often, and are rarely fixed. Deliveries have been stolen multiple times. I smell a lot of marijuana around the complex. My neighbors above me sure smoke it, because now my downstairs apartment reeks.

I love the new staff in the office their so nice and helpful , this property was really awful no management or staff that actually knew what they were doing I have seen a lot of improvement. All this bad reviews is from people that have gotten in trouble now that rules are being enforced now.

They have no models to show you and the front office lady is so rude. Don’t waste your time.

I cant say how amazing this guy was! Made the entire process a breeze!! Literally made my decision to make Ninetynine44 my new home after 5 mins of talking to Raj. Raj your golden buddy thank you for everything.

Absolutely terrible experience just trying to tour!! Had a 2:45 appointment, called multiple times before 2 and nobody would answer. I showed up and they had a sign on the door that they would be back at 3:15. The lady inside just looked at me with a sour look on her face and pointed at the sign! So ridiculous! Don't waste your time they obviously are not trying to do their job. edit to add: no they did not speak to me they just looked at me through the glass. I went at the beginning of 2 o'clock and they were just sitting doing nothing, same for when I went back at my scheduled time. I don't understand why you would go on over an hour break when I had a a scheduled appointment. Nobody ever spoke with me to update me to come at a later time. Terrible customer service and extremely discouraging they tried to make up lies in response to my review to make themselves look better. I now know that I would never want to live here with the way this was handled. Do not trust them!!!!!
