I would stray away from this complex if you could. New management over charging in utilities, can’t charge what’s not on contract. New management has some kind of sassy attitude when spoken to very degrading tone as well. The increase in utility’s has taken food from my sons mouth and they’re not wanting to help and states is not a real issue to break my lease. I will do what I have to do in order to keep my son fully fed with and a roof still over his head. This new management does not care for your needs New management has been so ugly since they’ve taken over. Cockroach issues never go away even after multiple visits with pest control Hole in ceiling hasn’t been fixed since last management and I’ve already submitted the issue 2x and they says that’s not an important issue to repair ASAP so it’s been there for MONTHS Do not recommend 100x

0 stars negligent leasing agents #1 reason, upon my second follow up visit when i sat down to speak to the leasing agent on her table she had 3 open resident applications with a GIANT PICTURES OF A SOCIAL SECURITY CARDS. Sensitive information just laid out on her table as she walked away from her desk and left me alone with the documents at plain sight. After multiple unanswered calls and emails left on read It took 21 days for the leasing agent to finally process my application due to additional information needing to be required that had already been uploaded to the site but i guess they wanted me to tell them that? They finally reached out to me to tell me my application got denied due to child molestation. I had to leave work early because i was freaking out, as a paramedic student something like that would end my career. I went to the police station, and nothing. Went online and PAID OUT OF POCKET for multiple background checks and NOTHING. Got a copy of the apartment application to see exactly why i got denied. It was a man NOT WITH THE SAME NAME NOR AGE NOR BIRTH YEAR NOR ADDRESS... the only thing me and this man had in common was our birth MONTH.. i cant make this up folks Made this information available to the agent... and finally by the second email (no surprise they dont reply to the first one) she told me she would let her manager know to see what she can do and would get back with me tomorrow. she never did and i know the money for the application is gone so whatever. lesson learned. ended up at Addison Apartments at the park & only took me three days to get my keys lol ever stay faaaaar awaayyyy from this place oh and parking is terrible no visitor parking and barely any parking to begin with
