DO NOT MOVE HERE! Ive been living at these apartments for five years. I just recently moved out eight days ago. I havent received a breakdown of my final bill but I did get a letter from a collections agent seven days after moving out for the unpaid charges to this apartment. I called to see if maybe it was a scam. Nope the assistant manager sent me to collections.

This has been my favorite apartment complex I've lived in. The amenities, the staff, my neighbors and the location. I would highly recommend.

Just moved here from Deep Ellum and Im very happy! I absolutely love the maintenance staff here; they are super quick to respond and help with anything you might need. The property itself is gorgeous and feels significantly safer than where I was previously. Being so close to the Santa Fe Trail is great for getting outdoors and staying active. I love my space and it feels very cozy. When I originally moved here, I was in a loft style apartment on the 2nd and 3rd story. However, there was no fan in the bedroom/ top floor and it would easily get up to 83F, even after I purchased an additional fan, kept the blinds closed constantly, and with the AC running constantly. (It was even worse when I was cooking, dont get me started). At times, I felt like I was brushed off or dismissed by staff when I would tell them it was really uncomfortably hot, but because it was within 30 days of my initial move in, I was able to use the 100% Happy in Your Space clause and move to a new unit, which I am much happier with. However, because of the timing, I am paying a higher rent for a smaller apartment. But Im grateful to be somewhere where I feel safe!
