    Don't let the fresh paint fool you. This place has really turned a 180. It used to be a nice place to live. It has now turned into a party zone. There is loud music till 4am, people hanging outside loudly, and no parking space for residents.

    Today makes a monthly that I have lived here. I have reported roach infestation multiple times. They keep saying they are coming and no one shows. I have spent so much money on products to kill bugs. They are everywhere. Tubs toilets cabinets and even get into the fridge. Rent is $2200 to live with bugs. I pay for pest control with NO pest control. All the appliances had issues when I moved in. Their is a hole in the wall from the fire extinguishers falling down. I have reported all of this and my request was removed. I didn’t see this apartment until my actual move in day I regret it I pay more rent but this time roaches are included.

    UPDATE 08/2021: DO NOT MOVE HERE. My roommate and I lived here for a little over 2 years. It was managed decently until Greystar took ownership of the property about a year and a half ago. I am honestly very frustrated even recalling these issues I've had with the property. The whole property has gotten dirtier and dirtier the longer we've lived here. Valet trash is not consistent with taking out the trash. Sometimes, they would even try leaving notices at our door that out trash bags were 25+ lbs. Can someone tell me how a plastic trash bag could sustain more than 25 lbs without ripping? I don't think so. The way they handle packages is an absolute joke. My roommate and I paid for our own Package Concierge logins but only one of ours could work at a time. Basically, I would have to ask her every time if she got an alert in her email that a package has been delivered. Pretty inconvenient. Additionally, none of the packages in the room are individually locked. They just sit atop of metal racks, so it's very easy for someone else to steal them. That happened on more than one occasion, unsurprisingly. Maintenance requests, if done at all, took weeks to complete. I had a crack in my bathroom ceiling above my tub. I had submitted many requests only for the staff to mark it as "done" when it was obvious that nothing was done to it. My room was always so stuffy and poorly ventilated. Our new neighbors (I'll get into that, too) smoked a lot of skunky marijuana that the scent lingered on even as you were walking towards the building. No matter what the management says, it's clear that they do not enforce a non-smoking environment in the complex. During the winter storm back in February, our living room ceiling started bulging and cracking. Obviously, that was water damage. What was their proposed solution? CAULKING THE CRACKS. It's obvious that they wanted us to shut up and put up with a half @ssed workmanship. Worst of all, background checks must have been waived for the newer tenants because I had never felt so uncomfortable with my neighbors. Among the unwelcomed catcalling & partying/yelling/fights going on at 2-3AM, the fact that our unit got shot up takes the cake. Yes, you read that right. Gunshots went through our ceiling and caused damage to our kitchen counter/dishwasher. My roommate and I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY SYMPATHY OR CONCERN from the ladies at the front office. I'll be updating this review again once we receive our deposit. I am sure they will try to find ways to add extraneous charges. Do not trust the management and do not trust the safety of this place. Spend a little extra $$ for a better managed complex.
