Tint Beauty Schools

I put one star cause we couldn't put zero, keep away. The financial adviser was not helpful or nice. The place looks old from the 40's and not modern like other schools, area doesn't look safe.

This place is a total joke. First of all, it is so ghetto, I would not even consider driving through this trashy neighborhood. Second, the inside looks as if it is forty, Yes, 40! years old. It's dirty, old and gross. The instructors do not care one bit about the students. The owner, Christina, only seems to care about sucking student's financial aid dry so she can drive a nice car. Do Not Even Bother.

STAY AWAY!!! I must say the students are great and are eager to learn. However the instructor I believe has no clue what she is doing. I went there to have an awesome experience with my daughter for a mother/daughter beauty day and left literally crying. The instructor instructed the student to leave my hair in bleach for 8hrs. I set my appointment at 9am arrived early at 8:30am and left at 5:30pm!!! We were on vacation and when I called to set the appointment I was told it would take 4hrs. I missed going to the gardens in Dallas but most of all my daughter and me had to miss lunch. She was so hungry!! They have no consideration of your time! I was stressed! I also schedule a haircut and cancel the haircut cause I did not want to be there anymore. I asked for a discount since they knew and I knew they did not get the color I wanted. They refused and said no! But that I could come back and get it corrected with a 20% discount! I was in shock!! The instructors are teaching their students that regardless if you mess up you do not need to accountability for it!! Just make sure we get your money. I let them know several times I was on Vacation and and they wanted me to come back and have them fix my hair with just a 20% off discount! I already spent a whole day there and I do not want to spend another missing more of the attractions Dallas has to offer. Disgusted!!! My heart goes out to the students.

Our Center was blessed on May 8th, 2015. I work for a non-profit organization, ChildCareGroup and I am the Family Advocate for Landauer Center. We was looking for a School that volunteers with their talent and time for our mother activities doing hair, make-up and nails, and the only one that said yes was the Tint Beauty School. The students did an amazing job with all the mothers that come that day. It was a lot of work with a little space but they have a spirit of excellence and did the best for them. We had mothers that come and said thank you a hundred of times because they were pleased with the great work they make. It was really easy to work with them and make arrangements for the activity. For me was a wonderful experience and I am more than glad to recommended them and their services.

Choosing to attend Tint School of Makeup and Cosmetology was one of the best and smartest choices I have ever made regarding my career. Since my first day of school up until my last day, the instructors were very helpful in explaining everything. They were very hands on.Everyone from the instructors to the administration staff, were very attentive and caring. I really admire the fact that I was able to attend a lot of fashion shows and photo shoots. They helped me build my confidence within myself and made sure I was ready and prepared when I was about to graduate. The career services class was also very helpful in helping me build my portfolio and looking for a job. I now have three years working in a salon as a hairdresser and makeup artist, and I am so grateful for Tint because I know I couldn't have done it with out them.
