Mr. Felipe is an artist and craftsman. I have been totally satisfied with several projects he has accomplished for me; I'm actually wearing my motorcycle boots as l write this. Oh yes - he's a blast to talk too as well! He is carrying on a generations-old family business admirably. Muy Bueno.

I didnt know what to expect when going to Ramirez Boot and Shoe Repair Dallas when I Googled for shoe repairman /repairwoman online. To my surprise, my husband was quite pleased with Mr. Ramirez workmanship once we returned to pick up his ole school Stacy Adams dress shoes that had been repaired there. The dress shoe heels needed a glue repair or total sole repair, and Mr. Ramirez explained options, results, and the cost. And it was decided that the total sole repair was to be done, even though it sounded pricey but it would be worth it in the long run. A boot sole was to be put on making shoes more durable with more wear and less tear (if at all, any). So, Mr. Ramirez gave me less than a week for him to call me to return for my husbands shoes. So this time, my husband and I returned to inspect his shoes, and asked about adding taps at the bottom of them plus 3 more pairs of dress shoes. The taps were less expensive, and the turnaround time was about 2 days. He was impressed with how the shoes looked. By this time, Mr. Ramirez said that he is a 3rd Generational Boot / Shoe Repairman in his family and that this has been his passion over the years. He makes purses, small backpacks, belts, and the most important of them allcreating boots and shoes with different animal skins from start to finish! My husband wore his Stacy Adams dress shoes with the total sole repair (and taps added), all day, while at work. He said he can tell the good quality of workmanship because of how great his feet felt in his shoes! Thank you, Mr. Ramirez, for your professionalism and quality of service you rendered to my husband and I. We will definitely be returning customers, and God Bless you!

Ramirez Boot and Shoe Shop is the best place to get your shoes repaired. Felipe added a a thin rubber sole to the bottom of my slippery shoes and exceeded my expectations

I love the work that was done to bring the old boots back to life, very satisfied with the work done! The time and the quality can be seen in the boots, l couldnt ask for anything different. Very skilled work, I highly recommend giving Ramirez boots a visit! Very pleasant experience.
