When we initially got our mortgage 15 years ago, we were traditional W2 employees and the process was straightforward. Fast-forward 15 years and my partner and I are both self-employed. Even trying to refinance with our previous lender, with whom we have an immaculate reputation, proved almost impossible.
That's when Google led me to John at Investors Developers & Associates. One of his specialties is financing for self-employed people. He was super friendly and eager to help, and assured us he could help us get approved. Our refinance wasn't for a huge amount, and I figured it wouldn't be worth his time, but he was so responsive and professional, and was able to get us approved with a lender pretty quickly.
We were so impressed with John! Thanks so much for all your help!
