HIDDEN FEES. These apartments used to be great but they recently changes management and changed a lot. They increased our rent, and added a lot of hidden fees. Like for example "Common area maintenance" which is $30 a month. That was not a fee with the old management. I would've never renewed my lease had known this.

Looks decent but lots of arguments and loud yelling. Homeless on street. But beautiful property. Just visiting a friend. Not a tenant.

I’m honestly really upset with maintenance. I have noted this issue about my bathroom sink in the inventory checklist when I moved in. Created a work order TWICE and both times it said work complete. I came to the office on Monday and the guy was nice and said it will be fixed. He even sent himself a video I recorded from my phone.
I don’t know how many times I need to request the same issue over and over again. I have called to even speak to the supervisor. I haven’t been able to use my bathroom sink since I moved here.
I’m probably going to find a plumber and just bill the apartment for his work to get it fixed. Since maintenance is saying the work is completed and not sure if they want to actually do the work.

3 weeks without fridge, been living here for over three years previous management ”Reflection” was way better. Infinity is a joke.

I do not like to leave bad reviews, but my experience has been horrible to say the least. The apartments themselves are ok, but if you need something fixed, maintenance takes weeks to come. In June, someone was shot in broad daylight in one of the buildings, all they could say was “it was a personal matter”, when I asked… and then the next day they changed management. The gates are always broken and when someone hits the gates with their car, nothing gets done. The mail room is always being broken into, there’s literally no sense of safety here whatsoever. I reached out to management over the ongoing issues and they told me that our safety is not “guaranteed” and I need to go look at the lease. They do not make this a comfortable living experience. I recommend if you are looking for a comfortable, safe place to live… this place is not it! They do not take any accountability for their actions! This place is AWFUL.
