Budget Car Rental

amateur car rental company, booked the car 3 days in advance, only to find out when I arrived that the car had not been delivered from the airport, which pissed me off, and the round-trip rental fee was wasted. Rubbish address

That 500lb rude guy at the counter needs to find a new job, I booked a car I got there at past 1 pm and he started yelling IM CLOSED .. who closes a rental car service at 1 and what if youre closed arent there other ways to notify the customer about opening and closing time of the location and that 500lb guy needs to find another job!!! Horrible service horrible people

Avoid this place like the plague. I booked a car and when I arrived to pick up they stated that they did not know where my car was or when it was would be available. The man at the desk also said that just because you book a car doesn't mean that they'll have it for you?? I'm now missing an important family event. Customer service was also completely useless and did nothing to resolve the situation

They were quick and efficient. The staff is very kind and funny. Got a great car and it was very clean inside and out.

The downtown location is great place to rent in Dallas. The service is prompt and friendly.
