Ive got nothing to say but good things about this school. Tentative as I was being a new working mom in the peak of the pandemic to part with my baby for the first time, Primrose at Bent Trail made the process so accommodating. Within the first week, we noted an acceleration in out sons learning and development.
The teachers are incredible in their skills and tremendous in their patience. The school is kept clean and the curriculums are stimulating. It is so reassuring to observe both of my children are growing up with such confidence in an environment that perfectly blends education, physical activity, art and music while being surrounded by teachers that are compassionate and adaptive to each childs independent needs. My husband and I look forward to the pictures of them posted daily on the mobile app. New moms, do not be deterred that you dont get constant video surveillancethis is not needed and its better in the long run for parents and baby not to be constantly hovering. Im only mentioning this because as a new mom, I couldnt stand the thought of having my kid out of direct sight for a moment and youll just have to trust me on this one.
When I had my second baby, there was no hesitation that shed have the same great experience. You can see there are many siblings that attend the school which reflects many parents must share in the same opinion. Another thing weve noticed is that in speaking with peers with children that attend other schools, the teacher turn-over rate is much slower which means the teachers enjoy what they do and this provides consistence for the kids.
I cannot speak for all Primroses because this is the only one weve had a direct experience with, but if you are considering Bent Trail, consider with confidence.

Our son started at daycare at Primrose at 5 months old. He spent his first 5 months at home with mom so it was really hard saying goodbye to our days together when I went back to work. He is now almost 8 months and is reaching every milestone and loves spending his days at daycare. Everyday that we drop him off he gives his teachers big smiles and is excited to be there (which is a sigh of relief for a forever worrying mom). My son has been sleep trained since 3 months and we keep him on a very strict wake windows schedule each day. The teachers and staff are really respectful of following our schedule for naps and feedings each day. We love getting the updates throughout the day on his play time, naps, feedings, and happy pictures. We toured a handful of daycares before we saw Primrose and the moment we walked in we knew that was the daycare for us. The friendly staff, cleanliness, and responsiveness are a few of the reasons we decided on Primrose. We are so happy we found such an amazing daycare close to home :)

As a mom of a 15-month-old son, I cant recommend Primrose Bent Trail enough! From the moment we enrolled our first-born son at 3 months old, weve been blown away by the sense of community and care provided here.
The teachers at Primrose are absolute gems. Regardless of the age group they teach, they consistently engage, support, and love our son. Its evident that they genuinely care about each childs development and well-being.
What sets Primrose apart is their dedication to creating a fun and enriching environment for the children. They regularly host events and activities, making holidays like Valentines Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas extra special. Our son has had a blast at the petting zoo and parades organized by the center.
Primrose has been so good at getting my son and the rest of his class on a schedule while also adapting to their individual needs. They send updates and photos all throughout the day so you never have to worry or wonder what your little one is up to. They also offer a wide variety of foods for the young ones to try and make it a priority to get the kiddos outside every day (weather permitting).

Where do I even start? Primrose of Bent Trail has my HEART! They gave me my start in the childcare world, and I could not be more blessed and appreciative. This school is absolutely FULL of love, patience, eagerness to learn from one another and close friendships all around. If I could describe this school in one word, it would be: family. Everyone here is family, and we all take care of each other no matter what! My amazing directors have taught me SO much the past 2 years on how to be a better educator, friend, mentor to others, and overall a better me! The families that come through the doors with their little ones give me the motivation to be a great teacher each day for them. I strive everyday to make their days as wonderful and FUN as they are! Bent Trail gave me my start, (tearing up as Im typing this because WOW I love this school so much yall!!!) theyve made a part of my vision board a dream come true! Thank you to my directors, co-teachers, and my mini friends all around for giving love every day. I love you, Brent Trail!

Its taken me months to write this because honestly I just cant find kind enough words to speak about Primrose School of Bent Trail! The teachers and staff here are amazing and I truly know that they care about my kids like family. They know details about what they like and how they can connect with them. They go out of their way to make them feel special and treat them like individuals.
Nobody ever wants to have to know how a crisis at school would be handled, but I know firsthand. Im a nurse by profession, and when one of our kids unexpectedly had a seizure at school, I could not have been more pleased with how they responded. Their level of care and professionalism was outstanding. As a mom, knowing that my child was in such caring hands during that time was a huge relief.
Were grateful for the incredible dedication and care that Primrose School of Bent Trail consistently offers to our children. Theyve created a safe, nurturing, and educational environment thats second to none. It truly warms my heart as a working mom to know Im dropping them off at such a safe and caring place every day. Thank you, Primrose, for everything you do!
