I had my bed linens repaired and am absolutely thrilled with the entire experience: - The quality of the work on a piece that I absolutely love. - The call you made when you realized the project was more complex than you originally estimated and that you needed to charge more--that call averted what would have been an unpleasant surprise at pick-up. - The calls throughout the process when things were running late because of the complexity of the job. Things happen, it is a complex fabric and your communication throughout the process reassured me that the project was in good hands. Very affordable, friendly staff, flexible pick-up times, and expert handiwork - my alterations are typically drastic (L-XL stock size modified for a long, thin torso) and all of my button-downs fit perfectly after pick-up. It's a ways off from where I live, but I will definitely seek this place out again for tailoring needs.
