Cho's Tailor Dallas

This place lost my $300 white maxi dress and then the employees were extremely rude about it. I went here because I worked across the street and it was convenient, but this place is widely known in Dallas for being extremely overpriced and for only taking cash. You should seriously read the other reviews about how terrible the staff is before coming here. This place has a 3.5 yelp rating.

WHEN I SAY HORRIBLE...I MEAN D@MN HORRIBLE!!! The little short lady was very nasty and we kinda got into a struggle over my pants. I really thought it was going to get physical. I was getting 4 pants hemmed. They wanted to charged me $22 per pants but I was sure about the work so I only did one. I told her I did NOT want my pants cut and she tried to force the issue so I asked for a refund. She had already marked the pants and wanted to take of "her chalk" and I told her she could in front of me. That's when she started to pull my pants and I pulled back. I have never felt so accosted while in a service business. I strongly recommend going to another place of business. I ended up going back to a place I normally go to in Cedar Hill and it was $15.00 a piece for 3 hems and $10.00 for one. It really wasn't about the money but the respect and service. Cho's is definitely a place you don't want to go. The reviews are very real about this place!!!!!!

Best tailor I've ever been to! Great prices and excellent quality! I'm going to bring Cho my grandfather's jacket because I know we can trust the exceptional quality from her. Cho is incredibly friendly and nice. When my wife mentioned that she missed her family back home in China, she gave her a hug. She remembers us when we come in and everytime we always chat about what good K dramas we've seen. We came in as customers but we feel as we've made a friend!
