Neiman Marcus Downtown

I recently visited this Neiman Marcus location, while on a business trip. Gigi Betancourt was the client advisor that helped me. I was in an a rush, and she was fantastic! She was professional, helped me very quickly, and actually cared about providing great service. Which is exactly what she did. Thank you Gigi and team for a great shopping experience!

It's not like it was when I used to go there 60 some years ago with my two great aunts. Seems rather run down. The menu at the Zodiac room was very ordinary and pricy.

Neiman Marcus has by far the worst customer service. Curbside pickup never answers their phone. Customer service has hung up on me twice in the last 2 weeks. I did not want to pick up my online order and needed it cancelled and its been over 2 weeks and nothing has been resolved. Their policy is the order will cancel within 7 business days. Its been over 9 business days and no one is able to help me. I am going to have to drive directly to their location to get this resolved.

Nancy is disgusting ! I live close and come here often . She is very rude and I will not be shopping at the is store ever again. Northpark is much better
