Shopping for my Grandsons Birthday, hard to find sizes but once found it was locked on a wire. Mind you the whole time we were looking you could tell undercover security. The nice found I said something to one of the men who I felt was security. I was correct he said something to employees who I now know as Bobby. Advised what we needed he unlocked the $220 item my grandson followed Bobby to dressing area. To my surprise Bobby stood outside dressing room door I asked why he said ooh just making sure he can fit . He then walked away. While I was waiting to see fit outcome I observed a woman basket full of items also noticed a women with mink coat and shoes in her basket . Grandson came out and we decided we wanted item. Bobby took item to counter and said he would keep item and item would be here when ready to purchase. Remind you others had a full basket but my Grandson item Was kept behind the counter. Standing in line notice others with items in hand but remind you my Brown grandson ONE item had to be kept behind the counter. I will be canceling this card I even had another incident back around Christmas, but this incident is hurtful that my grandson had to experience. Tired of racism folks being separated treated from color of his skin. Canceling card I will not step in another Sals

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Saks Off 5th store on Park Ln in Dallas, and I must say, it was an incredible experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. I was in search of some great deals, and luckily, Regina was there to assist me. She went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Her knowledge of the store's inventory was impressive, and she effortlessly guided me through the aisles, pointing out the best deals and hidden gems. Not only was Regina extremely helpful, but she also had a genuine passion for her job. Her enthusiasm was contagious, and it made the shopping experience all the more enjoyable. She truly made me feel like a valued customer. Thanks to Regina's expertise, I was able to find some incredible deals that I wouldn't have been able to discover on my own. She truly was a blessing, and I am incredibly grateful for her assistance. Overall, my experience at the Saks Off 5th store on Park Ln in Dallas was exceptional. The friendly staff and Regina's exceptional customer service have made me a loyal customer. I will definitely be returning in the future.
