AT&T Corporate Offices

After having no success w/ customer service regarding a $400 bill, when it was supposed to be $70, I submitted dispute paperwork to the AT&T legal dept.. Im thrilled that I was able to speak w/ the nicest lady ever Re. My issues, and she, Tiya resolved ALL my problems. She took the time to listen and actually care about my long, drawn-out phone drama. What a relief to have a genuine, caring person to work with. Thanks so much AT&T for having awesome, kind Tiya in the dispute department!

I took a line and phone from at and t and trade in my old phone but suddenly stopped receiving credit for trade in and customer service also not helping. Long story wouldnt fit here but please help. Spent hours in this already. They tell one of the line was cancelled in account thats why no credit now but before taking the line or cancelling no one informed us about this and now they say we cant help you. Its really frustrating. But before buying any phone we are told for all benefits then why no one telling about disadvantages.

Thieves!! They took $850 from us for a lost device. They found it in their warehouse and told us they would refund our money. The refund never came and now they say they did give us the money back.....We would know if $850 magically came back into our account....our bank says no refund was ever sent. AT&T will not budge an will not give us our money back. I absolutely hate this company and will never speak a good word about their business. I will warn everyone I know for the rest of my life to NEVER use AT&T.

I have been a loyal customer for a while now and didnt miss any payments until I activated the 2 Apple Watches buy one get one free , my bill was never over $95 a month for a solid almost year straight until I added the watches then thats where all the hidden fees and charges started to come in , im sorry to have to let my service go but not everyone has $500-600 laying around to spend at once
