I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning and fillings. I specifically told the front desk to kindly not schedule me if they couldnt do both. They reassured that they could. When I was done with my cleaning they told me I would have to wait about 1-4 hours on my filling - as if I dont have a job to attend to. I expressed to them my concerns and they simply apologized. I understand things happen but what really has solidified their customer service... I am pending how they treat a referral I give to them, once I recieve feedback I will express more.

I love the genuine care received. Dr. Chang is a man of heart. The staff treats patients like family.

They are awesome and very friendly!! The Dr. Chang is very knowledgeable and took the time to go over my dental plan with me. I also had a cleaning and they used the latest technology!! Amazing experience!!

I had an implant done by Dr. Chang in which the drill/post compromised a nerve in the right lower part of my chin. This was due to the fact that he did not use a CAT scan to pinpoint the exact location of my nerve. He permanently damaged the nerve, so I won’t have sensitivity for the rest of my life in that location. The crown for the implant broke off and he denied any warranty. So, I am currently with a broken crown in a non-sensible lip/chin. I also noticed several other improper practices at his office, which I discussed with other dentists, and they all agreed with me, however, I won’t go into detail about them. Hopefully, my review helps you make the right decision for your new implant/crown. Regards! Update 04/19/19: The screw is now noticeable from above. Update 08/12/19: One of the zirconia crown is now chipped and worn.
