      image I went for a cleaning and an exam. My teeth were not cleaned and I felt like I was being hustled into additional services that would have cost me a bunch of time, money and PAIN. My insurance company was billed for the cleaning though. I sought a second opinion with an "out of network" dentist I trust and he said all I needed was a cleaning. The evidence suggests the dental office is willing to provide unneeded services for financial gain.
